Prince Harry meets Desmond Tutu, confers the Queen's 'Companion of Honour' on him

British royal prince Harry has conferred the Queen's 'Companions of Honour' on Archbishop Emeritus Desmond Tutu for his commitment to International Peace and Reconcilliation.
